This dynamic 5-week wellness program will kick off in Potosi and run Sept. 8 through October 10th! Get ready to take part in a program that will give you the knowledge and confidence to take control of you and your family’s health.
Participants meet Tuesdays and Saturdays each week of program. Participants will take part in an educational session about a variety of wellness topics, followed by an exercise session. New topic each week! Saturdays will be 60 minutes of exercise from 7 - 8 a.m. The goal is to provide more information about living a healthier lifestyle and a chance to get more active!
