This dynamic 5-week wellness program will kick off in Potosi and run September 22 through October 24th! Get ready to take part in a program that will give you the knowledge and confidence to take control of you and your family’s health.
On Tuesdays participants will take part in a 30 minute educational session about a variety of wellness topics, followed by a 30 minute exercise session. New topic each week! Saturdays will be 60 minutes of exercise! The goal is to provide more information about living a healthier lifestyle and a chance to get more active!
