Healthy Directions - 8 week wellness program
Are you ready to lead a healthier lifestyle? Is the road you’re traveling on lined with poor habits and lack of exercise? Then take a turn in a “healthier direction” – and sign up today to join Grant Regional Health Center’s – Healthy Directions! This dynamic 8-week wellness program will return to Potosi and run September 25 through November 13! Group meetings will be Wednesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Get ready to take part in a program that will give you the knowledge and confidence to take control of you and your family’s health.
Participants will take part in an educational session about a variety of wellness topics, followed by an exercise session. New topic each week! The goal is to provide more information about living a healthier lifestyle and a chance to get more active.
