American Heart Association HeartSaver CPR/AED & First Aid

 

Course Description:
This course will provide participants with the skills necessary to manage the first critical minutes of an emergency situation.  Participants will learn critical steps to respond to and treat injuries and sudden illnesses.  Participants will learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies, as well as adult, child, and infant CPR & AED use.   Participants who successfully complete this course will receive an American Heart Association CPR/AED & First Aid certificate.

  • CPR & AED use in adults, children, and infants

Target Audience
This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid, CPR/AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements--police officers, firefighters, teachers, factory workers, daycare providers, etc.

Cost:  $75.00 which must be paid when registering.  Cost includes class workbook, CPR mask, and lunch.
