Creating a more inviting experience for patients, families and visitors
Grant Regional treats thousands of patients and welcomes families and visitors through its doors each year. In this unique setting, many arrive at a moment’s notice with the news of a new baby or some enter feeling anxious or fearful with word of an emergency. Amenities such as an expanded gift shop and new coffee shop were incorporated to create a enjoyable yet functional purpose to meet the needs of those we serve.
The Perfect Blend Coffee Co. Opens September 10
With the hospital’s growth and expansion, a coffee shop was incorporated in the main street area for the convenience of patients, families and visitors. It will be open Monday - Friday 7 AM - 2 PM. The coffee shop offers a range of hot and cold coffee options and blended drinks, using beans from Badger Bros. Coffee and will also feature many grab and go items including muffins, yogurt, fruit, sandwiches and many other healthy choices. The cafeteria will remain in the lower level of the hospital and now the new coffee shop will be another convenient option in a more central location.
Auxiliary Gift Shop
For as long as the hospital has been in existence so has the Auxiliary Gift Shop. The Auxiliary’s support of the hospital is evident in its long standing commitment with fundraising efforts and operation of the hospital gift shop. The Auxiliary is excited to announce that the Gift Shop has been relocated into the new expansion space. It will feature a wide array of unique gifts and home decor items. There will also be convenience items available for patients and visitors as well as staff of the hospital. The new Gift Shop is set to open Monday, October 1st.
