February is National Heart Month and we’re celebrating by offering Heart Healthy Cooking – Demonstrations & Meal Planning!
Join Grant Regional Health Center dietitians in coordination with our Cardiac Rehabilitation to learn how to prepare healthy recipes that are nutrition and delicious. Enjoy cooking demonstrations, sample feature dishes and learn to plan ahead with meal plans to keep meals fun and stress-free. Seats are limited and reservations are required.
