Sports Physicals - July Special $25
Grant Regional Community Clinic is offering Summer Sports Physicals for a special price of $25! Take advantage of convenient evening hours and get in before summer gets too busy! Dates available are July 11 and 18 from 4-7 p.m. All proceeds will be donated back to our local schools. To schedule an appointment, please call 723-2131. No insurance will be filed. Cash and check requested only. No credit or debit cards will be accepted. *This exam should not replace your annual physical.
